1. Chicken Biryani Bowl:


- Ingredients (serves 2-3):

  • 300g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup basmati rice, cooked
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • Biryani masala
  • Cumin seeds: ~5g
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Ghee: ~30g
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves for garnish


- Recipe:
- In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, sliced onions, and sauté until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, and biryani masala. Cook until tomatoes soften.
- Add shredded chicken, cooked rice, and mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint. Serve hot.

2. Chicken Fried Rice:


- Ingredients (serves 2-3):

  • 300g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice (preferably day-old)
  • Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • Soy sauce
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Eggs: 2
  • Vegetable oil: ~30g


- Recipe:
- In a wok, heat oil, add minced garlic, and stir-fry mixed vegetables.
- Push the veggies to the side, crack eggs into the wok, scramble, and mix with vegetables.

4. Chicken Khichdi:


- Ingredients (serves 2-3):

  • 300g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup rice and 1/2 cup lentils (moong dal), soaked
  • Cumin seeds: ~5g
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ghee: ~30g
  • Salt and pepper to taste


- Recipe:
- In a pressure cooker, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, and sauté.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, shredded chicken, soaked rice, lentils, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add water, close the lid, and cook until two whistles. Serve hot chicken khichdi.

5. Chicken Jeera Rice:


- Ingredients (serves 2-3):

  • 300g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup basmati rice, cooked
  • Cumin seeds: ~5g
  • Ghee: ~30g
  • Green chilies, chopped
  • Fresh coriander for garnish


- Recipe:
- In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add shredded chicken, cooked rice, and chopped green chilies. Mix well.
